After leaving ALC NetworX where they developed the technology that later became RAVENNA/AES67, Axel and Stefan founded h7r to continue working on AES67 and audio over IP.
Stefan began his professional career at DAVID systems, working alongside Axel before leaving for England to develop a digital mixing desk for Soundcraft. He later became a freelancer and worked for various audio companies until he rejoined Axel at ALC Networx to develop RAVENNA/AES67.
Before founding h7r, Axel worked for companies including ALC NetworX, DAVID Systems and Lawo. His speciality is 24/7 software for radio and TV playout and capture, which he has developed and written for several major radio and TV stations worldwide.
